Heather Fritz is a stained and kiln formed glass artist living in Yakima, WA. She has been working primarily in stained glass for over 20 years and in recent years has begun to incorporate kiln formed glass into her artistic repertoire. Her work ranges from functional to purely artistic. Her work is eclectic as she takes inspiration from a desire to explore new techniques, the natural world, geometry, and the human condition. She rarely makes the same piece twice, preferring instead to embrace the uncertainty and process of inquiry that come with making something for the first time. Her pieces are truly unique.
